What I build
Inbox triage.
The first hour of your day should not be spent reading emails that do not need you and writing replies you have written a hundred times before. I build a system that drafts responses in your voice, surfaces what actually requires your attention, and lets you approve instead of compose.
The problem
Email is where your morning goes to die.
You open your inbox and there are 40 messages. Maybe five need a real decision (you already know which five before you open them). The rest are FYIs, routine replies, scheduling threads, follow-ups you have to send whether or not there is anything new to say. You read them all anyway because you cannot tell which is which until you open each one.
An hour later you have gotten through them and you have not done any real work yet. The actual decisions, the messages that needed your judgment, got the same rushed attention as the ones that could have been a one-line acknowledgment. Tomorrow morning, it resets. Same pile, same hour, same tradeoff between thoroughness and getting to the work that matters.
What it looks like
Monday morning, already sorted.
What the system does
Your inbox, handled.
Drafts in your voice
Replies that sound like you wrote them. Not a chatbot, not a template. Your sentence patterns, your register, your sign-off. The recipient cannot tell the difference.
Surfaces what matters
The messages that need a real decision bubble to the top. Everything else gets handled or filed. You stop spending attention on things that do not deserve it.
Learns your patterns
Who gets a quick reply, who needs a longer response, what can wait until tomorrow. The system gets better over time as it watches how you handle the exceptions.
You approve, never auto-sends
Nothing goes out without you. You review, edit if needed, and send. The AI drafts and you decide. That part is simple and it does not change.
What changes
The hour you get back.
Morning inbox: 10 minutes
Review drafts, approve or tweak, move on. The hour becomes ten minutes. The rest of your morning is yours.
Nothing falls through
Follow-ups get sent. Routine replies happen same-day. The ball does not get dropped because you ran out of time or energy at message 27.
Decision emails get your full attention
Because the routine is handled, the messages that actually need you get the time they deserve.
Your voice stays consistent
Whether you wrote it or approved it, the recipient cannot tell. If a draft does not sound like you, it does not go out.
Get your morning back.
Tell me how many emails you got today. I will tell you how many actually needed you. I build the triage to run in your voice, and teach you to keep it tuned.
